The Console War Wages On! - Xbox One Reverses DMR?

Hey guys - haven't updated this blog in a while, and I feel like now is the perfect time.

More of the great console war!

"God damn it, Youtube - 500 characters is NOT ENOUGH to express my displeasure with Microsoft. It's all about money on both sides. PS4, Xbox, doesn't matter. Greed. Greed everywhere. Just turns out that Sony knows how to compete - by completely shitting on all the horrible details of the Xbone. So, how does Microsoft respond? By doing this shit. I'm no fanboy, I don't particularly care for console wars, but this is just a disgrace. Way to drop the ball, Microsoft - you fucking degenerate whores."

That's what I had to say in this video.

Well, damn right 500 characters ain't enough. This is really rustling my jimmies...

Me: (In regards to Microsoft undoing all the horrible things wrong with Xbox One) Makes sense. They heard that their bitching paid off and now they (Xbox fanboys) flaunt it around as if things were the way they are now from the very beginning. Truth is, Microsoft fucked up and realized that it was an enormous financial setback. They couldn't care less about the gamers. They only care for their money. Sure, the same thing could can be said for Sony, but the difference is that THEY didn't even THINK to be THAT FUCKING GREEDY. They watched Microsoft's atrocities from afar and fucking ran spears through them for all the shit they KNEW would piss gamers off to no end. Right when that happened, Sony was sitting atop a mountain of cash and all they had to do was PRETEND they gave two shits about the players. Microsoft tried to do the same thing and guess what? There was a 50/50 of, "Fuck it, Xbox is King of the Hill now" and, "Too little, too late, assholes". Microsoft is gonna pay HARD for their inexcusably shitty press conference and horrible presentation at E3. There's no getting around that. But hey! Xbox fanboys be all like "lol we got dis". Yeah, MAYBE a few years later after this whole shitstorm. Till then, enjoy being on the losing team, bitch.

This was another conversation I had about basically the same topic.

But maybe I can expand on this just a little more:
Microsoft, ya dun goofed. I'd really like to see a full comeback from this shit. Highly unlikely.

Have any thoughts, leave a comment! Bangin' Fiktion V 2.0 is always a great place for discussion on basically whatever you want!

Much love,

When We Contemplate Death

The subject of death is often a bitter one.
I, for one, find myself to be... 'apathetic' on the subject.
My relatives - close ones - died nearing the end of my highschool years. Did I care? No.
Eventually, every living thing must die. Perhaps it is this one fact that gives way to my uncaring nature.

Thinking back to when I was a child, I remember being asked if I was afraid to die. Yes, an
Old man - he had to have been in his late seventies - asked me that question when I was just a boy.

Death was an entirely new concept to me, then. Of course I was afraid. So I answered the man, "Yes,
I am afraid - I don't want to die!" He laughed as he told me, "Nobody wants to die." Perhaps. But what
Everyone shares in common is that we'll all die. So is it really worth the sorrow and tears..?

PS4 or Xbox One? WHO WILL WIN E3?

"Honestly, I'm just thinking of buying a PC more fit for gaming. But, god damn, there is A LOT RIDING on this year's E3. Can't wait to see how Microsoft is gonna try to justify the supposed insane price of the new Xbox (apparently sports and dogs in mo-cap are not acceptable answers). Warframe is already on Steam - it'll be interesting seeing it on the PS4 (which I'm also considering). And of course, I look forward to watching EA getting people to hate them even more (if possible). Can't wait."

That was the comment I left on this video.

There's a lot of troubling news about the Xbox One, I know that much. So, does Microsoft really even stand a chance this year? The new system will undoubtedly sell by the millions (it's just our nature to buy, really), but does it stand a snowball's chance in Hell at taking the crown in E3? A lot of gamers are almost certain that the answer to that is - simply - "no". But stranger things have happened... I wouldn't be surprised if the Microsoft press conference was only showing us one card in a very strong hand (I should hope that's the case. After all, they dealt it to themselves!).

As for the PS4, I can't say much, seeing as I know very little about it at the moment. However, I can say that it looks promising. Also, they had to have learned their lesson with what happened to the PS3 at launch... right? Let's hope so.

So, who has your vote?

Microsoft and the Xbox One?
Sony with the PS4?
Perhaps you're just wondering what Nintendo is up to?
Or maybe you're leaning towards the PC.

I know one thing's for sure - I'm NOT missing this year's E3.

Discuss what you will in the comments!

Stay cool,

The First Post - What's This About?

I started this blog for various reasons, so I figure my first post ever should explain those reasons.

I was really bored and full of thoughts with no particular place to share them. So I created one. Here. Bangin' Fiktion V 2.0. As the name suggests, this is sort of a pool for all non-profit works of fiction. That being said, should you have any big plans for one idea, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T PUT THEM HERE. You wont have to worry about me plagiarizing (I can assure you - I am an honest writer), but this is the internet. Others may not be as a decent of a human being.

Anything goes here, really. Whatever it is you want to share with planet Earth, this is a nice place to do it. Artwork, stories, animations, even music. The theme here really is "anything along the lines of what one would consider fictitious".

As well as a pool of talent, you'll find a lot of other fun stuff here. I am a media critic, so I may post things gaming, television, anime, or movie related. It's a plus if you're into that stuff.

Like I said before, this is all non-profit and recreational. It's FOR FUN. Please, don't steal. Instead, ask. If you have any questions at all, feel free to email me either through Ulysses S. Jax on Youtube, or mxisconstantine@gmail.com.

That should cover the birds and bees of this fine blog. Have fun!
